2H and 18O in water samples

IAEA-304, 18O Labelled Water

Unit Size: 2 x 10 ml
Price per Unit: 130 €
Report: NAHRES-5
Date of Release: 1989
Reference Sheet (pdf)

Reference material IAEA-304 consists of two 18O-labelled water samples (A and B), which were made from enriched 18O water by dilution with distilled water having the naturally occurring isotopic abundance. The isotopic labeling was checked by CO2 isotopic exchange. The samples are sterile and pyrogen free. The values listed above were established on the basis of statistically valid results submitted by laboratories which had participated in an international inter-comparison exercise organized by the Section of Nutritional and Health Related Environmental Studies [1].
